Booking & Deposits
- 20% deposit required for In-Suite services
- 25% deposit required for Mobile Massage
- 50% deposit required for Travel Experience
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits applied toward final total
- Remaining balance due after session

Appointments
- Arrive on time for individual bookings
- Late arrivals may shorten your session
- All appointments must be confirmed
- Clients must respond to reminders
- Health forms must be completed
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancel 24 hours prior to appointment
- One complimentary reschedule is allowed
- Rescheduled within one week of change
- No-shows forfeit the full deposit
- Emergencies reviewed individually
