Client Terms & Booking Policies
Effective Immediately — Please Read Before Booking

Thank you for choosing to book with me. These policies ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional environment for every client. By booking an appointment, messaging me, or paying a deposit, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Deposit Requirements

• A 25% non‑refundable deposit is required for all bookings.

• Your deposit goes toward your total balance on the day of service.

• All sessions are appointment only.

• Cash options are available upon request at the time of booking.

• Appointments are reserved for you at the time of deposit.

2. Communication Policy

• Text messages are only accepted for deposit confirmations and appointment concerns.

• All questions, concerns, and booking requests must be sent through the booking site.

• Failure to follow communication guidelines may result in a delayed booking or no response.

3. Membership Policies

Diamond Members

• May reschedule up to 3 times with no penalty.

• No deposit is required to book.

• Extensions during sessions keep member pricing.

Non‑Members

• Must pay a deposit for every booking.

• If you reschedule:

  • One reschedule is allowed with no penalty.

  • A new deposit is required to confirm the new date.

Exception: If I must reschedule or cancel for any reason, your deposit will be carried over to your next appointment.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No‑Show Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

• Last‑minute cancellations or no‑shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• Repeated last‑minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Late Arrival Policy

• Please arrive on time.

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session time may be reduced out of respect for the next client.

• Excessive lateness may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

6. Session Boundaries & Zero‑Tolerance Policy

I maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sexual jokes or comments

• Requests for sexual favors

• Any harassment or inappropriate behavior

Any violations will result in an immediate permanent ban. You will be blocked and refused future services.

7. Session Extensions

• If you request additional time during the session, the standard full price applies and the $20 discount is removed.

• Members retain their discounted pricing regardless of extensions.

8. Cleanliness & Personal Hygiene

• Clients must arrive clean and freshly showered before their session.

• If you arrive in poor hygiene condition, I reserve the right to refuse service, and your deposit will not be refunded.

9. Payment Policies

• The remaining balance after deposit is due before the session begins.

• Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Zelle

  • Apple Pay Cash

  • Venmo

  • Credit/Debit Card

• All sales and deposits are final.

10. Business Rights

• I reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone

  • Adjust policies as needed

  • Make changes to services or pricing

  • Block or remove access to booking privileges at any time

11. Agreement

By booking, paying a deposit, or confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow all listed above.

Your Membership Includes

• The time, love, and minutes you chose per month tailored just for you.

• A safe, relaxing, and luxurious space away from the world and your family.

• A dedicated therapist who cares because you’re my priority.

Flexible Booking

• Reschedule up to 3 times per month.

• Book ahead for up to 3 months.

• Add‑on options for extra time — 15‑, 30‑, or 45‑minute slots are available.

Membership Perks

• No deposit required for each appointment.

• Locked‑in discounted member pricing.

• Priority booking and text reminders.

• Exclusive access to special member‑only offers and events.

Friendly Reminders

• Memberships are non‑refundable.

• Missed sessions do not roll over unless otherwise stated in your membership benefits.

• Please review your membership details for any updates or changes.
